The package "systemd" must be installed on the system, for timedatectl to be used.

== >> on PFC100/PFC200 runtimes, this systemd is not neededused, but the following commands can be used instead

Use the "TZ/etc/config-tools/config_timezone"-command in place of the "timedatectl set-timezone Europe/Berlin"-command: 

TZ="CEST/etc/config-tools/config_timezone tz-string="CET-1CEST,M3.5.0/2,M10.5.0/3"
